Egg-wich

Sorry for the posting delay! This was the best egg sandwich I've ever had I think. (Full disclosure: I didn't make it, Cam did.  They are his specialty:)

We were out of plain wheat english muffins so we put them on raisin, sounds weird but it worked. Egg, spinach, tomato, avocado and cheddar cheese (and Siracha sauce obvi)

Perfect start to a Saturday morning
