Half-time Kettle Corn

Homemade Kettle corn! I discovered a super easy recipe online.  In a big sauce pan with a lid mix 1/2 cup pop corn, 1/4 cup canola oil, and 1/4 cup sugar.  Heat pan on med/high heat.  Cover and shake frequently.  When  popping slows uncover slowly and salt to taste.

Serve warm. Delish!
