Late Lunch

I got a late start this morning and forgot to have breakfast (I did not miss my coffee though). So by 1ish I was famished.  I hurried home and put together this beauty.



Pesto, mozzarella, and tomato on multigrain, PANINI'D! (like my candy cane center piece?)

Chomp chomp! Time to bake Christmas cookies!

  1. mmm that looks delicious! sadly i've never thought to make this type of panini on my own, but i love ordering this sandwich at cafes.
