Polenta Please

Polenta (cornmeal) is on the menu tonight.  This is one of my favorite quick meals.  Simply cut the polenta into 1/3 inch slices and pan sear until golden, flip and cook the other side too.  We like it with marinara sauce on top.

 Kale on the side! Steamed in my wok with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic tossed in.
