Ok, I'll admit it, I'm a nighttime snacker. I know all those crazy diet people tell you not to eat past 6 or 7 which I rarely even have dinner by, so baby steps for me. I'm aiming for no eating past 9pm. Man was I hungry this morning! Oats and greek yogurt has got to be my favorite healthy favorite breakfast. Channeling a dessert with this one.
