Fajita night here at the casa. I was inspired at the grocery store by these beautiful (organic) peppers and thought instantly "Fajita night!" Sliced up and sauteed with chili powder, cayenne, onion powder and s&p.
I made Mama Pea's Spicy Tofu. I cubed it instead of slices and used lemon in place of lime. Always try to find a substitution before you run to the store for an ingredient or rule out a recipe. Served on corn tortillas.
