Ya ya ya I know this title is just like yesterdays :) This is 1/3 cup of rolled oats simmered on the stove with 1/3 cup water and 1/3 light vanilla soy milk. Added to that was some frozen berries hence the purple color! Also because I love sugar, a squeeze of maple flavored agave nectar.

Topped with plain greek yogurt and almonds. This may be my new favorite oat combo! Yesterday I hit Maine Squeeze Juice Cafe post workout. It was so good! I had a green smoothie that tasted like a salad sipped through a straw.
My smoothie had kale, apple, cider, chia seeds, sunflower seeds. I think??!!
I will definitely be back here! It was delish!
