Presto Pesto

Sometimes you just need a little pasta in your life. I was feeling lazy today So I decided I would finally crack open the pesto I've had in my fridge for months and have some spaghetti.  I quickly chopped and roasted some asparagus to add to the mix.

Whole wheat spaghetti with pesto, parm, and scallions (I do not care for onions but I could put scallions on practically anything!), s&p and crushed reds came to dinner too.

Simple and delish. I haven't had pesto in so long, I forgot how good it is! Have a great night people!
