Eat Your Oats


Who enjoys oatmeal as much as me? If you don’t you should really give it a shot. Best breakfast food ever (Well besides my other personal favorites, french toast and eggs benedict.  Oh, and who could forget bagels??) But best healthy and versatile breakfast by far! Keeps me full until lunch.
Love using this UMaine mug! Filled with coffee of course and way in the back is a bit of OJ :)
Stovetop oats made the usual way. (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water,1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk and a pinch of salt, simmered until perfect.) Stirred in were raisins and topped with pecans, coconut, and plain Greek yogurt.
