Maple and Banana Oats


Good morning! This beautiful weather week has begun! Maybe I'll even make it to the beach one day... 
Oatmeal to start the day out right. I honestly don't love adding banana to my oats because I think it's almost too filling. Maybe half a banana next time. 1/2 cup of organic rolled oats in a sauce pan. Simmer with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk of your choice (I use light vanilla soy). Sprinkle of cinnamon and some maple syrup for sweetness :) 
A little granola on top for a little CRUNCH. Almond butter too!
