Homestyle Portland Pie

Good evening veggie lovers! We spotted Portland Pie (maybe the best pizza in Portland) beer dough at Hannaford recently and decided to try it at home (on my new pizza stone/ obsession). 
The beer dough is even made with whole wheat flour!
Delightful heirloom tomatoes to top the pizza with! Along with fresh basil from my plant and tiny red onions from farm share. 
Baked to perfect!
Pizza enjoyed with a ginormous green salad and sparkling water with a splash of lemonade!
The pizza turned out a little soupy at first (maybe I used too much sauce?) but once it cooled for a few minutes it firmed right up. It was so good! Saved a piece for lunch tomorrow :)
