Ripe Red Oats

Check out these bright red awesome berries! 1/3 cup of organic rolled oats. 1/3 cup water  and 1/3 cup light vanilla soy milk. Simmered until the oats are cooked but a little watery (the way I like it) :) Topped with almond butter and COOKIE Butter, you heard right, butter made of cookies...does it get better? No.
The cookie butter is from Trader Joes. It's not nutritious at all really, but man is it good! What can I say, I love a little sweetness.  
Can never get enough oats! These may be my most favorite toppings!
